Extension Policies: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable retainer fee is required at the time of your consultation, as we only do custom hair orders. This fee covers the full cost of the hair order. Please note that extension appointments do not include color services. Color services are separate but can be scheduled on the same day. We are not responsible for the health of your extensions or for any color changes made to them. Proper maintenance is essential to ensure the longevity and health of your extensions. This includes using professional hair products, proper brushing, and styling practices. Also refraining from all pool & ocean water. We require pre-booking your maintenance appointments every 5-6 weeks to keep your extensions in optimal condition. If you experience any slippage of beads or strings, we will gladly make minor adjustments. Returns/Refunds: All deposits are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or returns on any hair extension services or products.
